  • What are the verification steps?

    Once you've made your account, you have a weekly limit of a 100 euros. If you want to increase this limit, we'll need additional information. Click on 'Account details' to add additional information.

    To pay out, your bank account must be verified. For this you need to transfer an amount of 10 cents, you can find this in your account under "Your Details"

    All of the steps for your acount verification are explained on this page. 

    Please note: you have to complete all steps to increase your weekly limit. Incomplete account verifications will not be inspected. 

  • How long until my account is verified?

    Bank account verification: This entirely depends on the method you used to deposit the 10 cent with. If you used iDeal, the verification is done within a few minutes. If you manually transferred the money to our bank, this may take 1 to 3 business days.

    An uploaded ID or proof of address will be checked within an hour during office hours. They will also be checked during the weekend, but it's possible it might take longer then.

  • Can I have more then one account?

    No, it is not allowed to have more than one account on our platform. If we find out that there are multiple accounts operated by the same user we will close the accounts.
